About This Site

This site gives you tips on how to choose a real estate agent. By clicking the "Get Another Tip" button above, you will be given (hopefully) a new tip every time. The tips are selected randomly, so you may occasionally get the same one again. Just click again to fetch another one.

The idea for this site came to me when I had a fantastic real estate agent for the house I currently own. Comparing this agent to others I've had in the past was an experience. I've never had a bad real estate agent. But I've never had one so good as the last one.

So, seeing what made the difference I decided to help others find the super agent. I'm semi-retired ( and no, I don't work in real estate) and had the time to make the site, so here it is.
